What do we provide?

*Exterior shots of your property
*Aerial images – outside and surrounding areas of property
*Video and tours of your property
How many images do we take?
Photography – about 50 -60 Aerial –about 15-20
Do we do video and virtual tours? Yes Do we do 360? Not at this time
How long does it take to get your images? We have a 2 day turnaround. You can pay for rush.
What is the delivery method? Dropbox. If you want your images on a flashdrive, you must provide it. We also use Google Drive.
Do we upload to MLS? By request.
Do we retouch images? Yes Can we leave them untouched? Yes.
Our fees start at $ 125 depending on your property size. With aerial $175 and up.
Do we charge travel? Yes, if your property is not within 30 miles from our studio. Travel fees $20 and up.
- When you book us, you prepay with Paypal at our site. Then, we confirm your date.
- If you hire us to shoot your property, you agree to our terms of this document.
- We do not give refunds. Be sure and check out our work out before hiring us.
